It is surveyed, mostly level and it has some beautiful trees. The elevation is approximately 2,700 feet. Access is 3.5 miles on a rough dirt & gravel road, (it takes 15 to 20 miles to drive 3.5 miles in truck). It is off the grid so you will need an alternative energy source. There appears to be an un-permitted well on the property, however, the owner has no knowledge of the condition of the well.
